Can I choose my own colours, dimensions, or custom design?
Yes! Custom orders are our specialty. If you have a specific colour scheme, custom strap length, or even a photo reference of a design you would like made, share it on WhatsApp and we will tailor it for you.
How long does each handmade piece take to craft and dispatch?
Because every item is crocheted by hand stitch by stitch, making time typically ranges from 4 to 10 business days depending on design complexity and current order volume. We always confirm an estimated dispatch date before you commit.
How do payment and delivery work?
We accept secure UPI and direct bank transfers. Delivery availability and shipping rates are calculated and shared during our WhatsApp chat before you confirm. There is no automated web checkout—you always speak directly with a real maker.
How should I care for my handmade crochet piece?
We recommend gentle hand-washing in cool water using mild liquid soap or wool detergent. Never wring or machine-spin; gently press out excess moisture between clean towels, reshape, and lay flat in the shade to air-dry.
